Opt-out management

Available only for the SMS channel

To ensure compliance, you can use opt-out management to allow users to subscribe/unsubscribe on their own using designated keywords.

Step 1: Enable opt-out management

1. Goto Channels > SMS > Configuration

2. Choose the number, and enable the configuration

Step 2: Define the keywords

1. Goto Channels > SMS > Opt-out management

2. Define the keywords for opting in/out.

3. Define the default messages when opting in/out.
