AI credits are utilized when using AI in your chatbots to generate an answer.
The two action blocks that consume these AI credits are:

For example, if you have built a FAQ chatbot that answers the question using the 'Answer AI' action block, each answer the chatbot generates will deduct 1 AI credit from your account.
Depending on the LLM model you use in your chatbot, the number of AI credits deducted will differ.
