You can request for the custom reports either by reaching out to us directly at [email protected] or by raising a support desk
Since this is counted under additional requirements, the charges for the same will be defined based on the scope of work and the manpower required to fulfill the requirement
The format of the custom reports will vary from user to user on the basis of requirement. We usually deliver these reports in Google Data Studio however if the requirement ask for it, the same can be delivered by providing APIs or pushing the data to BI tools.
