# Email channel 

WotNot uses [Loops.so](http://Loops.so) as a transactional email service to send replies to incoming emails.

Why? - Loops does not charge for each transactional email, rather just the contacts stored.

## Steps to enable email channel

1. Create an account on [Loops.so](http://Loops.so)
2. Invite [**dev+\{your\_whitelabel\_name}@wotnot.io**](mailto:dev+\{your_whitelabel_name}@wotnot.io) to your account
3. Notify your account manager that this has been done
4. WotNot team enables the integration
