# Analytics

Here you will see the overall performance of your white label instance for a specific date range.

Under this tab, you will be able to see the following KPIs of your white label:

| **KPI** | **Description** |
| - | - |
| Total Accounts | The total number of accounts on your whitelabel instance. |
| Live Accounts | The total number of accounts on your whitelabel instance that had active usage in past 24 hours. |
| New Accounts | The total number of new accounts created on your whitelabel instance. |
| Activated Accounts | The total number of accounts on your whitelabel instance that have had conversation in the given date range. |
| Conversations | Total number of conversations grouped by channel it occurred in. |
| Contacts | Total number of contacts collected. |
| Outbound Sends | Total number of outbound campaigns sent. |
| AI Model Usage | Total number of times an LLM was invoked. |
