# Deleting account

WotNot takes user data very seriously. To comply with GDPR and CCPA rules, you can request to delete your personal information or your WotNot account at any time.

To request for your account deletion:

* Create a ticket and mention your request
* OR, email your request to `support@wotnot.io`

**Note**:

* Once deleted, all your account and chat data will be deleted forever.
* The request will be processed within 24 business hours.
