# Voice Transcripts

> Voice transcripts allow human agents to view the transcripts of the voice message received from users on live chat.

Agents can now see instant transcriptions of voice messages sent by users — right inside the live chat screen.

Record and send a voice message to the visitor. This is useful when a spoken explanation is quicker or more personal than typing.

This makes it easier to quickly read, understand, and respond without needing to play the audio every time.

## **How it works?**

1. On the live chat screen, below the voice message you will see a "Generate transcript" button
2. Clicking on it will use an LLM to convert the audio to text
3. Below it, a expanded message block will show the text
