Voice transcripts

Available on the PREMIUM plan

Agents can now see instant transcriptions of voice messages sent by users — right inside the live chat screen.

This makes it easier to quickly read, understand, and respond without needing to play the audio every time.

How it works?

  1. On the live chat screen, below the voice message you will see a "Generate transcript" button

  2. Clicking on it will use an LLM to convert the audio to text

  3. Below it, a expanded message block will show the text
